[[vsLGhost]]: Luminance Ghost reduction filter. Can be used for removing luminance ghost or edge ghost (ringing).

This is a port of the [https://github.com/HomeOfVapourSynthEvolution/VapourSynth-LGhost VapourSynth plugin LGhost].
