Please check my TODO items for correctness. These changes will benefit DirectShowSource as well some day.

1. seekzero
"If true, restrict backwards seeking only to the beginning, and seeking forwards is done the hard way (by reading all samples). Limited backwards seeking is allowed with non-indexed ASF" -- correct or no?
2. timeout
"When the timeout period has expired and the frame has not been rendered, AviSynth returns a blank frame and/or silence" -- correct or no? Also, timeout seems to be 2000 ms now, not 60000.
3. pixel_type
"Valid values are listed in the table below, plus 'AUTO' and 'FULL'..."
Here is where I am really lost. Does this seem correct at all? The DSS page is correct I assume, but very confusing.
