Purpose

To flag statements which refer to unspecified persons

• First person with no clear authorship (I don't think so)
• Vague attributions (People say that...)

Use "What links here" to find offending pages, if you would like to fix them.

Parameters

Parameter 1, pointing to Wikipedia by default, allows you to link to a particular Talk page

Example

People{{Who|Talk:Main_Page}} say that the sky is blue.

Output

People^(who?) say that the sky is blue.
